Phase I of Pilot's Program for management system implementation to international standards is training.
Management time and effort is significantly reduced once identified ISO requirements are understood. We accomplish this through our core training of the standard and how to implement it, following our proven "Three Step Process - Identify, Insure & Improve" ©, which has been used successfully by individuals and organizations, since 1995. Pilot's training and tools provide guidance and direction reducing the time and costs in development of the management system framework.

Course participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how to develop a Management System to the ISO Standards, ensuring it improves performance, productivity and in turn profitability, supporting business goals.

Training courses provide a Three Step process approach with checklists and tools for implementing a management system. Courses are multimedia - visual (powerpoint) and audio (instructor). Workshops provide the learning environment and quiz questions are used to check the participant's understanding. Individuals wishing to take auditor training must first complete core training in the applicable standard.

Learn How to Implement Management Systems to International Standards - ISO through Internet Learning - E-Learning


Pilot developed the first international E-learning to assist organizations (small and medium) to implement management systems to international standards in a cost effective manner, utilizing the internet.

The self-paced internet training programs provide an understanding of the following standards and guideline, through an easy to understand 3 Step process for implementing the management systems:

- Environmental Management System - ISO 14001
- Occupational Health & Safety - OHSAS 18001
- Quality Management System - ISO 9001
- Auditing for Environment, Health & Safety & Quality - ISO 19011

The course fees and structure are provided as follows for on-line training:

Reduced bundled price for core training and support courses for a Management System Standard series. Bundled pricing is also offered for "Core Training" and "Support Programs". Courses are multimedia format with both audio (instructor) and visual(powerpoint). Internet training is presented in one to two hour power-point modules, with assignments & quiz questions. The Management Systems course series follows Pilot's "Three Step Process "Identify, Insure, Improve"TM.

Internal Auditing

ISO 19011:2002 - Guideline for quality and/or environmental management system auditing



3 Day Program -24 hrs.


  • Course covers audit program and conducting audits to ISO 19011:2002
  • Workshops include use of working documents - audit plans, checklists, reports, opening/closing meetings to assist you in to conduct internal audits within an organization.
